Head Chef Sascha Rieb

Head Chef Sascha Rieb discovered his passion for cooking during his studies in Germany. Several years of hard work, in addition to his exceptional skills and drive, led him to London, where he worked for many well-established restaurants such as Rules and The Bleeding Heart. Having joined Floridita as a sous chef in 2010, Sascha quickly demonstrated his skills in the kitchen and progressed to become Head Chef.
